The EU blue flags, awarded to beaches throughout Europe reaching high standards in quality, cleanliness and services, were presented last week to representatives of Cala Llonga beach, Cala Llenya beach and the main beach of Santa Eulària.
Whilst the representatives of the beaches in Santa Eulària were receiving their blue flags, the Mayor of Sant Josep was also handing over 4 EU blue flags, which had been given to the beaches of Cala Comte, Cala Bassa, Cala Vadella and Cala D’Hort in his borough, in recognition of their excellent quality and condition for tourists to enjoy.
