La Grande Bouffe
After five years as Head Chef at The Lansdowne in Primrose Hill (London) in 2001 Mark E Watkins established his catering firm La Grande Bouffe and relocated to Ibiza. With an in depth knowledge of Spanish and Catalan cuisine, his food is uncompromisingly simple and unfussy using the best locally sourced organic ingredients. His catering company specialises in anytime, anywhere events from BBQs on a beach to your private villas, or weddings in Space (the club that is). He has cooked for the cream of the A-list here in Ibiza and he’s also available to cook for you.
