How do I book my property?
We will email you confirmation of availability and a booking contract with our terms and conditions.

Can I book my flight with Ibizabound?
Travel arrangements is the only thing we ask our Clients to take care of.

Can you book for me a car rental?
We can let you have the car of your choice waiting for you at Ibiza airport at special fares.

How do I collect the keys for my property?
We usually arrange a meet & greet at the airport and you will be shown to your property by a member of our staff without additional charge.

Can you arrange transfer to and from Ibiza airport?
Sure please let us know only the number of your party.

What are the check in/out times?
Normally check in is 3pm and check out is 10,30am. We are reasonably flexible if possible.

Do we have to bring our own linen and towels?
All of our properties have linen and bath towels.

Do properties rentals have maid service?
All properties are cleaned before arrivals and right after departures. For more than one week rental a mid-week maid service is arranged at no extra cost.

Do you hire equipment?
Yes we do. Items are subject to availability, so please order items during the booking process.
