- A deposit of 50% of the price quoted guarantees your booking. On receipt of your deposit you will receive a booking confirmation. The booking balance must be made within 50 days before the start of your rental period or in full if the booking is taken less than 50 days prior arrival.

- A security deposit is required for the rental. This deposit shall be paid to the owner on arrival. Following departure of the Customer from the property the owner will check the property itinerary, and for any damage or breakages. Security deposits will be returned – typically within 14 days of completion of the rental- subject to there being no problems or damage to the fixtures, fittings, possessions or property, or any other breach of these terms and conditions. Transfer charges will be born by the Customer. The Customer is liable for all damage to the property by action or admission by themselves or their guests. All our villas are privately owned and we would therefore ask you to respect the property and its contents.

- Should the number of individual guests at a property exceed the maximum, as specified, a further charge may be deducted from the security deposit in respect of each additional guest at a rate of 50% of the daily rental fee.

- Keys to properties are the responsibility of the Customer once they have been handed to them. It is the responsibility of the Customer to leave the keys to the owner at the end of their stay. Failure to return the keys at the end of the hire period will result in charging the Customer a fee of €50 per lost key to be deducted from the security deposit as appropriate.

- Checkout time for each property is always 12:00am unless otherwise specified. Failure to checkout at 12:00am will incur a further charge of one additional day’s hire of that particular property and will be deducted from the security deposit.

- The Customer shall accept full responsibility for any accidents caused by or arising out of negligence, mis-use of property or failure to comply with the Health and Safety or other applicable statutes and regulations.

- The Customer will not hold Ibizabound responsible for loss or damage to their own belongings.

- The Customer warrants they shall provide their own insurance.

- Ibizabound accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies or misunderstandings arising through bookings, instructions or information given to them other than through the Company office in writing. The Company does not accept responsibility for inaccuracies or misunderstandings arising through bookings, instructions or information given to them either by telephone, or verbally.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, the following table is applicable :

* You cancel more than 30 days before your arrival ; cancellation expenses amount to 30 % of the rental price.
* You cancel between less than 30 days before your arrival : cancellation expenses amount to 50 % of the rental price.

The amount of these expenses shall not be reduced, regardless of the reason for your cancellation.
No refund shall be paid because a stay is interrupted or cut short, or any service provided is not used by the vacationer for any reason.
